Leadership Level
Tier 4 is the highest level in the procurement certification framework, representing expert-level professionals with extensive experience and leadership capabilities. At this level, professionals are expected to demonstrate advanced soft skills such as strategic leadership, advanced team management, decision-making, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and change management,. They must also enforce discipline, promote integrity and professionalism, and ensure value for money in procurement processes.
What You Need
Academic Requirements
The minimum academic qualification is a master’s degree in any field.
Experience Requirements
The recommended minimum of twelve (12) years of employment, including eight (8) years practicing public procurement.
Mandatory Training
Mandatory training includes the Nigerian module and Track B programs.
